Uncomfortable Feelings

All the feelings you feel ..... There are also those uncomfortable.
Feelings and emotions are like waves that rise and fall, of course, when it moves through us. This natural increase and the decrease can be broken if we resist or suppress feelings. The feeling is frozen, which was closed in the body and psyche, not to dissipate. It fell below our consciousness, is secretly working on us, and even to intensify.
If you feel it, we carry with us in the middle of the cycle, and trapped beneath the surface of our consciousness.
Shame, fear, anger or sadness, this bleeds emotion. We, that is, our lives through this film, which hinders our natural emotional expression of life and experience. Life in this way reduces the clarity of peace, inner joy, and we are looking for.

We are biologically programmed to be so far from what is uncomfortable or painful. This mechanism works well, the ego, the unpleasant feelings may be interpreted as a threat to their identity protected.
Sometimes this biological programming that works for us .... sometimes it works well against our most.
So, stay with these feelings, like other important things in life we ​​have to endure the discomfort, is a conscious decision to focus a little ', and the value of some. It can also be useful to have help in place of identification, research and work.
